CASEY P. WILHM
Since 2000, Mr. Wilhm’s real estate brokerage assignments have involved all types and classes of commercial real estate including conventional and student multi-family housing, office buildings, retail shopping centers, and industrial/flex buildings. The size of these assignments has ranged from diminutive to significant. As examples, he received his California broker’s license to work on a 407-unit student housing acquisition opportunity in Berkeley, California. He received his District of Columbia license to work on a 400,000-sf office building acquisition opportunity in Washington, DC. In Washington State, he first received his broker’s license to work on the disposition of a 400,000-sf office park in Richland, Washington.
Beyond working in real estate brokerage from 2000 to present, Mr. Wilhm was licensed as a commercial real estate appraiser from 2000 to 2003. He performed complex real estate assignments ranging from commercial office, retail, and apartment narrative appraisals to §221(d)(4) appraisal/market studies. Additionally, from December, 2010 through May, 2011, he researched and coauthored the Greater Kansas City Foreign Trade Zone’s primer which summarizes commercial real estate in excess of 733M-sf.
Mr. Wilhm received his law degree from Washburn University School of Law and undergraduate degree from Washburn University. He has received real estate broker’s licenses in California, District of Columbia, Florida, Illinois, Indiana, Missouri, Washington, and Wisconsin.
